User: Person using the website
Service: Project "Balsam House", architectural, technological and aesthetic concept, including residential modules, material specifications, and unique craft details, the intellectual property rights of which belong to the Administrator.

3. Using the Website

The website is available to all users. Using it is free, subject to the provisions of these terms and conditions.

4. Submitting Inquiries

The user may submit inquiries via the contact form. Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary to respond.

5. User Rights and Obligations

The user has the right to use the Service solely for the purpose of familiarizing themselves with the project and establishing contact with the Administrator.
The user undertakes to provide true data and not to infringe the intellectual property rights of the Service Provider.

6. Copyright

All visual, textual, graphic, architectural concepts, photos, drawings, material specifications and other works presented on the Service, including the "Balsam House" Project, constitute the exclusive intellectual property of the Administrator. They are protected under the Act on Copyright and Related Rights.
Copying, reproducing, using, modifying or distributing elements of the Service for commercial purposes or imitation, in whole or in part, without the Administrator's express written consent is prohibited. Violation of this provision may result in legal claims by the Administrator.

7. Liability

The Service Provider is not liable for damages resulting from improper use of the website.

8. Changes to the Terms and Conditions

The Service Provider reserves the right to change the terms and conditions. Changes take effect upon publication on the website.
